We got off to a flying start on Tuesday night at Shotley Club against their A Team and took a 0-4 lead by winning the opening Team game and the three Doubles games. By the time we had played the second Singles game we were in a 1-5 lead, but from this point they raised their game and we only gained one further point as Shotley improved in the Singles games.Peter was our Man Of The Match, hitting three of our six wining doubles and being the difference between the two teams with such a close scoreline.
